BRASS
These brass beads, like the Ruffles Potato Chip, have ridges. The ridges add an interesting play of light, shadow and reflection on the finished piece. These are available in a hamilton gold plate (HG) or an imitation rhodium (IR) finish (nickel-silver color).

These beads come in many different shapes and sizes, and are either raw brass (gold color), nickel-plated (silver-chrome color), gunmetal or brass oxidized (black color), or copper plated (dark copper color). Large hole beads are currently the fashion -- beads to go on leather, satin cords, hemp and chains. It is difficult to find a wide assortment of large hole beads, but we think Land of Odds has a great assortment. Metal beads come in a variety of materials and finishes. We have brass beads with raw (gold color), gold-plate, nickel and copper finishes, as well as sterling silver.

Wire spacer beads are very popular among our customers, and we have included them here for you. Many jewelry designers will use these wire rings to subtly set off one bead from another, with a hint of a shimmer between each beads. This is a very effective way to give the jewelry a more expensive look, without much additional expense to the designer.
